I have been suffering with it since childhood and now, I am done.

So, since around age of 8, I was compulsive fapper, and it remained meagre till start, and in between, 14-16, I became severely addicted to it, and started fapping not less than twice a day, continuously for an year, at that time, it wasn't my choice, it became addiction, I was addicted, after a while, I got my own smartphone, and promised myself, not to waste my youth in this filthy lifestyle, started practicing nofap and had longer streak of around 1.5 year, now I am at my 19s, and I somehow relapse in odd days, and not casually, so it's like once around months or 2, but after every relapse, I do, I feel my back pain starts being more ruthless, and now I am in a situation, where it's lose lose for me, and I am going to win this for sure, if anyone up here, reading this, it's my advice, suggestion, or whatever you do feel, just stop porn and fapping right now, every single relapse makes me dull and more dull, so if you're in your pre era, stop this shit right now, I had lot more suffering from this addiction, but I don't wanna share cuz, many of you won't believe, or whatever.
