got these alerts from chase app, but the info is my name?

i got two alerts from chase within the app that “new information was found linked to my ssn,” it was a name change and an address change. both the name and address were my current name and address, so nothing was “changed.” i’m incredibly confused and worried. is this just an issue on chases end or does someone have access to my information?
