What is the cheapest OLED?

I want to purchase a 1440p OLED for my 6700 xt build.

I wanna see if I can squeeze in both a GPU upgrade and a cheap OLED. Hopefully I can get a GPU like a 9070xt, 7900 xt or 5070 for around 650. Is there ANY OLED monitors that will be around 350?
