Why do I feel Kannada films/music is sinking industry?

Guys we need to admit Kannada audience is one of the most diversely opinionated and most inconsistent when it comes to viewership retention and very very hard to please and pull into theatres or any digital medium. Which is one of the most important moving part of the film industry. Without consistency there is no thriving business.

You even make good movie audience don’t have strong conviction or a strong stand against other movies where audience has a strong stand and will end up influencing the Kannada audience to watch other movies even though a Kannada movie was really good .

How did it become like this what is the reason?

If you observe Kannada music top list in appl music it is one of the most random and unpredictable top list shuffles in a day or few where as other music has a consistent top list for few days or even weeks sometimes even month.

With such volatility any business man(producer) only will try to take less risk and only want to breakeven. Which will have cascading affect and will result in most producers eventually abandoning the industry.

Hopefully it’s another bad cycle only and nothing more.
