People with the reMarkable Paper Pro, is the Paper Pro operating properly or to your expectations?

Let me point out first that I know that more people coming to this forum are seeking answers or help about a problem they've come across in the reMarkable Paper Pro rather than to sing its praises. That being said, I'm hearing a decent amount on quality that just isn't acceptable on a device that will cost a person $800. Things like screen overlap, fragile screen, quick battery drainage, lost or white pixels on the screen, slow latency when writing, and writing jumping rows by a wide margin, are scaring me. From what I am getting, quality control is abysmal. So I want to know your experience in using the paper pro. Are you satisfied with it, and is it operating properly, and if you are and it is, how long have you had it? Because I don't wanna buy a device that's 800 that'll only last me under a year or two.
