Why some summons signal dont appear?

Like Old Hunter Henriett on Vicar Amelia (i open all the gate and i have de old hunter bell and bla bla) the signal dont appear.

And Henryk on the Shadow of Yharnam (i follow his quest and kill him on Odeon tomb) and the signal neither appear.

Its a bug for shad ps4 or what?
