Capital One Duo activated!

I applied for and was approved for the Savor Rewards today. How many of you that have this combo have converted cashback to miles? How difficult is it? Is there a limit to how many times per year you can do the conversion? Will I be able to convert the full sign up bonus to miles? Thanks in advance!
