Power supply issue

DXP 480T power supply down

I had this all flash Nas drive for a week and the power supply blew. Upon opening a ticket with UGreen, I was told there aren’t any power supplies in stock, which sounds a bit suspicious. They offered me an exchange instead. What’s concerning is if they are out of stock at manufacturing, do they have high failure rates considering they are 20v, 140w max power supplies?
