New build, shop heat advice

Im building a 2000SF shop with attached 1200 SF living area. I’m looking for input on best ways to heat the shop space. I’m considering electric resistance heaters mounted on walls/ceiling or looking for more info on how effective a dual zone heat pump would be. Shops ceilings are 12 and 14 feet.
