32 weeks had a bad fall now 3 centimeters dilated and my cervix is at 80%

I was putting my 16 month in our SUV slipped climbing into the car, went to the ER now freaking out this baby is coming early. When they checked me because I was spotting and having contractions they said it was 50/50 having baby boy early. I spent 3 days in the hospital and thankfully my labor stopped. My only concern is now because of how thin my cervix is he is going to come early like in a few weeks early. My daughter came at 34 weeks so I do have a history or preterm labor, its just very scary. He feels like he is going to fall out of me his head is so low. Just needed to vent (probably not the right word) has anyone experienced anything similar?
