Demodex and eyelash loss

For those who also experienced a mite migration from face to eyes/eye lashes after starting to use Soolantra/ivermectin on your face: how long did it take before the eyelashes stopped shedding?

Because I think my eyes are farrrr better: less itchy, less dryness, no grainy feeling anymore. But I still feel that I'm losing too many lashes a day when cleaning my eyes with Blephademodex for instance. I know my eyelash hairfollicles were inflamed.
