Noob getting into fpv

I’ve seen a bunch of fpv things on YouTube and I think that it looks really fun. I have done a bunch of research and I wonder what to get. I saw a rtf kit from beta fpv named Cetus x and it seemed pretty good according to YouTube but I feel like it would be better to buy everything separately. I have done a little bit of research but the only stores that sell most things are Chinese stores like alibaba and I wonder if it is fine buying stuff from there. Does anyone have any recommendations of what to get. My budget is around 400 euro and I also live in the eu so it would be nice if the drone was under 250 grams. I’m thinking that some kind of tiny whoop would be good for a beginner like me. I would be really thankful if anyone could give me some recommendations on how to get started?
