Want to Change Jobs and Work in Prior Field

I am in my 50s. How do I do a resume so that I am not disregarded because of my age? I want to leave my current field and go back to clerical work. I have been at the same job for over 20 years and want to go back to the work I did before my current job. Any help is greatly appreciated.
