How do returns work

Hello, I’ve never bought anything on Vinted before but last time I bought a sweater and it wasn’t in the condition as described. So I wanted to report the problem but after filling in the form there was this message saying I’ll get the refund if the seller gets the item and that’ll be deducted from the shipping costs. Does that mean that the seller only has a return option and not a refund option or is this automatic information? Do you normally get all the money back with return or just partially?
