Am I stuck?

I am not able to make it past 3 days of no fap. I was no fap for 1.5 years but I made a mistake around 2.5 months ago and I got an addiction again. I am trying to get back into nofap but I can't make it past 3 days. Can someone tell me how do I get across this boulder?
