How to deal with the current situation of IndoPak War?

So basically the title. I'm an avid overthinker and I overthink the thinking out of every situation I'm in and currently India Pakistan Conflict is latest. However it's the most toll taking since I've no say in whatsoever.

How can I deal with this? Can guidance will be helpful.
