S25 Ultra camera for taking screenshots

I'm thinking of getting a new phone to replace my trusty old LG G8 ThinQ. My two main requirements are it must be able to operate smoothly with half a dozen apps being open while at the same time have the abikity to take very quick perfectly focussed screenshots of computer monitors with lots of text.

My last phone was a Pixel 7a and it turned out to be a complete dud in these departments so I don't want to get bruned again. I back on my old LG phone in the mean time. Is Samsung a good choice? Older models bettern than new ones?
