Computer suddenly unstable, browser tabs and other software (like Blender) crash and it's driving me insane

Open | Windows

So I do a lot of stuff in Blender, and usually let it render overnight. I've noticed that very rarely (about 1-3 times a month) I wake up and blender isn't open anymore. Turns out my entire PC crashed and restarted. Which isn't really that weird, I always just blamed it on the big processing load. Writing this here cause this is the "normal" issue for me.

However, software crashes have increased by a ton in the last 2-3 weeks. About 2 months ago I swapped my SSD. I used to have a 460GB one with the OS on it, then I got a 2TB on it, saved data, did a clean install of Windows, and the 460GB one is now just another disk in my system.
But now, no joke, 2-8 times a day either my browser tabs crash, or the entire browser crashes and opens again. Blender is also crashing like crazy, could crash 2-3 times in a minute, even in clay view.
But I can't 100% tell for sure that it started right after I swapped SSDs.

I have an Asus B760 Gaming Plus Wifi for which I flashed a new bios today, no improvement.
A RTX 4090
Intel Core I9-14900KF
64GB RAM at 4800.

So I am pretty sure the crashes aren't because my PC can't handle a simple open browser? No weird spikes in Task Manager during crashes, I did some short stress tests and none of them seemed to show any errors. I updated all drivers, I made sure all cables inside my PC are properly connected, nothing is overclocked. CrystalDiskInfo showed all drives are fine. No overheating either, my GPU never reaches above 65°C and my CPU is usually max. 90°C when rendering. (but more like 60-80°C, cause I only render with GPU)

I really don't know what else to do? Here are some screenshots of the event viewer, one tab showing tons of warnings/errors, but nothing specific once a software crashes. The errors also seem quite broad, not just one issue repeating.
