Should I go to South America?

To start off, I speak Spanish and Portuguese very well (I'd say around B2 both), I'm afraid to go to South America because of the crime, but I'm thinking about going there after seeing the posts here and thinking about going there with almost nothing and be very cautious, so that I'm safe from the crime.

Well long story short, I'm what you would call an Incel I guess, I'm 22 years old, quite short 5'5/167 cm, Turkish-Arab looking (I'm not Turkish nor Arab, but I look like that), virgin and never had a kiss even.

I have been going to the gym for a while and I look quite muscular, with abs as well.

I've had 0 luck in my country, and 0 luck in other countries in Europe where I have been and lived (Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, UK, Bulgaria, Portugal), I have lived in each one of those countries for several months. (Went to Ukraine and Belarus with the goal of finding a woman there, had 0 luck, AND I SPEAK RUSSIAN (I learned it for 4 years).

I wouldn't recommend unless you are tall and handsome, and look northern European as well. Russians (ukr and belarusians as well) aren't nice people in general actually.

I have tried approaching girls in my country and abroad with 0 luck, I have tried Tinder in various countries and got almost 0 matches, maybe 2-3 over the span of a month, all from sub 3 girls that haven't answered my messages as well, and almost no likes/bots only probably.

I have tried asking girls in my country to rate my looks and I did the same in Ukraine, I got around 4/10-5/10 each time, in the rare case some 6/10 and 7/10 because of a unique feature I have (big eyes) that would obviously not date due to the height difference.

Basically, I lost almost all hope.

I also wouldn't like to live in my country longterm, because I work online (however , I don't earn a lot, I earn around 1,800$/month, after taxes) and my country is very expensive, why not live in a cheaper country instead.

After seeing all posts here, I'm thinking about going to Brazil (possible to stay there longterm regardless, because I have a Portuguese citizenship and there is an agreement between the countries), Argentina (possible to stay there longterm as well because it's easy to get a residence permit), Colombia...

I know the crime rate there is very high and it scares me, but if I take precautions it could be safe.

I would life to hear from people who went to those countries passportbroing or looking for a longterm relationship, how possible is it in each country, and how much money did you spend each month, was it possible to live for a month and meet girls on only 1,800$/month?

Or do the girls obviously look to go on expensive dates and gifts, which would drain my budget quickly?

How much did your accommodation cost (did you go to hotels or other types of accommodation?)
