Delivery shop europe

Does anyone has issues or use them for delivery in europe , i made an order 14 days ago is not even shipped, customer support is totally unhelpful says- once is the order is send you gonna receive tracking number

I want to order and other parts as it just broke , i ask if i can have fast delvery as in the website it says 3-5 business days, I go to check out says standard delivery , I was considering to buy a new luba but if that is the level of customer support maybe i will consider other brands.

If you have any experience with that or recommendation, please let me know 🙏
