Roland SPD-SX Pro 1 bar loop doesn't line up with internal click

I use many full song tracks with my SPD-SX Pro without issue (using the internal click). But when I export a 1 bar loop from Logic it drifts from the internal click. I end up having to import my own 1 bar click and using that as a click which works fine. I just can't seem to understand why the internal click doesn't line up in the SPD. Is there a setting I'm missing?
