On leading or critical role

Working towards EB-1A?

Here's something that came up in a recent USCIS AAO decision (https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/err/B2%20-%20Aliens%20with%20Extraordinary%20Ability/Decisions_Issued_in_2025/FEB262025_02B2203.pdf).

To claim leading or critical role, you not only have to show that hold or have held a leading or critical role within an organization.

You also need to show evidence that the organization has a distinguished reputation.

The evidence needs to focus specifically on reputation.
