What makes a guy husband material but not suitable for casual sex?

Just a common sentiment I've seen around pretty often. The way I see it used makes it seem like women are biologically attracted to one thing but are willing to settle for someone they have less attraction toward for the sake of comfort. Which I believe bites them in the butt when they realize logical love cannot outweigh the desire to have biological compatibility.
