Wrongfully arrested in England, how to delete from record?

I was wrongfully arrested just under six years ago in a case that was riddled with errors. It is still within the time frame for a wrongful arrest explored. My main focus is to have the arrest record, which resulted in NFA, deleted from POLICE NATIONAL COMPUTERS. I already asked for this, and was rejected. But after asking a lawyer to review the case - they say the arrest itself was wrongful. I am writing the Judicial Review form, in case the police reject my appeal. Can I argue that it is wrong not to delete an arrest that I can show is wrongful on the JR form? Or do i need to do this somewhere else?
