did i get lowballed

so i put this one dh bike on for 900 swiss franks, someone sent me a msg and did a deal for 850. we met up and i notice the *front* tires were deflated and might have a hole in. so we went to my garage to try to pump it up but it didnt work. so then he started checking out the bike and notice the back and only the back disk brake was squeaky. immedietly after noticing offers me 700 and he will take it. did i get lowballed? i just had alot of selling anxiety so if someone can give awnsers please do! thanks
