19f - i won’t see my boyfriend for a month :( advice?

hi! i’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but over the summer i will be going overseas for over a month and I won’t be able to see my partner. we’ve been dating for almost two years and are very reliant on each other. i won’t be able to call them because my parents are not accepting of lgbtq relationships and there might be periods where i can’t text them for days. does anyone have any advice for what i can do for them/give them before i leave and what i can do while im away? any other advice is also appreciated! thank you!! <3
