2015 MDX Aftermarket screens

Hey everyone, have a 2015 mdx. Looking to upgrade the top screen to something that can leverage apple carplay/android auto. I briefly looked online and couldn't find anything substantial. If anyone has experience with changing, would love to hear about it.

Thanks in advance! and Happy Mother's Day to all Acura moms!
