Shirt with collar bar ?

If someone has already asked about this in the past, or if my description is bad, I apologize profusely. I’ve been trying to find the name of this dress shirt which I mostly see being worn in Korean dramas, it has a slightly longer collar than usual and is worn with a collar bar that makes the collar neatly wrap around the tie. You can look at picture of Park Seo Joon in a suit as an example. Does anyone know what this style of shirt or shirt collar is called ? And where I could get it - because I haven’t seen it anywhere in local stores.
