Help with Ps5 Trophy. [kcd2]

I’m on a second okay through to complete 3 trophies that I missed on my first play through. I’m having issues with Remember Remember. You need the random encounter “Errand Boy” to spawn.

I watched some YouTube vids and the first one said you only need to complete “Into the Underworld” the wait 3 days and travel between Kuttenberg and Suchdol. Nothing after many reloads

Second vid said complete “Into the Underworld” and “Via Argentum”……don that traveled the road nothing (other ransoms but not the one needed)

3 vid said complete the 2 above quests and “The Thieves Code”……..which are now all done, but the event won’t pop.

Am I missing any other pre requisite? Could only find 3 vids on it.

Help would be appreciated. Just need this one and Lent Trophy to get platinum.
