How much for ConEd in all-electric 1 BR 500 sq ft?

Looking to sign lease for 1 br 500 sq ft, the building is brand new so not many tenants have moved in yet. Found out tenant has to pay electric heating and cooling, electric hot water, electric stove, and washer dryer in unit.

How much would this cost? I saw on other posts it could be $250+ on the low range, mainly because of electric hot water.

For context, I pay $55-85/month to ConEd for a TINY studio apartment, even including the days I'm working from home all week in the summer.

I am very good about:

• turning off all my lights and AC when I'm not home,
• turning off breakers when I'm gone for more than 3 days,
• using LED bulbs only,
• electric stove is used 3-4 days a week,
• dishwasher is only ran when it's full, so about 4 times a week
