Transaction withheld for security reasons. Amazon pay icici

of late; i am experiencing many transaction on ICICI amazon pay Bank Credit Card being withheld for security reasons. message says to call icici Customer Care.

any idea why; doubt calling customer care would be helpful...

I don't even get chance to answer automated call like it used to come for big transactions.

recent examples are McD ...payment of 50 (didn't allow) i was paying for second time in 5 mins...so thought maybe that's why...but after that it's now bugging

did 4-5 transactions elsewhere

then at domino's payment of 380 ( didn't allow )

had done 2 transactions (all gone thru without any fuss )

then today was trying to do payment of 8k at big Bazar ( didn't allow )

this started happening recently...using icici credit card for many years...didnt face any issue so far.
