Anyone here buy non AAFES OCPs?

I’ve noticed the past couple OCPs I buy at the BX has either frayed at contact spots (like armpits and groin area) or just straight up fade after 5 washes (inside out too). Kinda sick of having to go buy a new pair every year and just want one that’ll at least last me at least 2 years. Are the other brands like proper, 5.11 or the Amazon special better?
