cramps with loryna?

i took my first dose of loryna about 1 hour ago, and i just went through the worst cramps ever 😭 like it isnt even this bad when im on my period, not even close. i was wondering if this is common when starting birth control? this is the first time i’ve ever been put on it, so i dont know what to expect going into it.
