What is women’s perspective on dating?

26M with two kids. I found out my soon to be ex wife, 11 years relationship, was having an affair for 1.5yrs and gaslighted me through it all. Needless to say since we were high school sweethearts she’s the only woman I’ve ever been with. I’m anxious about getting back into the dating scene and am curious about from a woman’s perspective. In modern society where sex has become more of a hobby than passion shared between couples, does it matter that I’ve only been with one woman and how likely would you be interested in a man that already has kids?
