CSP -> CSR 10k limit

So I have a CSP over a year with a 9k credit limit. I got a CLI in January and I'm trying to see if I can get a 1k credit limit increase to upgrade. I've already contacted a rep for a soft pull but go denied. Currently have a 758 score (checked in app) and make 200k. I think it's because I have a short credit history, since I got my first cc three years ago. Am I SOL on getting CSR?
