Are all of them like this?

Just needed somewhere to vent.

Started therapy recently. I’ve gone to 4 appointments at $45 copay a piece. I then get an email last week stating I owe $350 because my specific branch of insurance isn’t in network with them. I feel like I should’ve been made aware of this at the very beginning. I even made it a point in a (text)[https://imgur.com/a/MpJcNRQ] to the lady in the office that I should’ve been made aware and stated I wouldn’t be returning as I can’t afford to pay out of pocket. Her response? “I understand completely. Thank you!” No apology for not telling me this sooner, absolutely nothing.

Now I get to continue the search of finding a therapist that accepts my branch, after spending 2 weeks trying to find that one. Shit’s ridiculous.
