2020 Aviator Rear Door Lock?

My wife's key fob does not unlock the rear passenger door, specifically the rear driver's side, where our son likes to sit. Have to press the door unlock button on the fob multiple times to unlock all the doors. It will also not unlock when parked, ignition off, and exiting the vehicle. We have to get out and unlock the rear passenger door from the outside. Even if you hit the unlock button in the driver's armrest it will not unlock the rear passenger door. Or after turning off the ignition while seated will not unlock the rear passenger door via her key fob. My key fob works just fine. Unlocks all doors. Rear passenger doors unlock as usual upon turning off the ignition and exiting the car. I'm not sure if there's a child lock setting associated with her key fob somewhere in the menu I am missing, or if it's an electrical gremlin. Any info would be appreciated!
