Old song I've tried to find for years!!

My mum used to play this when I was a kid in the early 2010s I think, and I've had the lyrics stuck in my head for YEARS, please help!!!

I remember the lady saying quietly ,,everything will be okay" before singing the chorus ,,I wanna run away-ay-ay-ay" and then she begins to repeat this chorus faster ,,I wanna run away, I wanna run away".. There's also a part where she sings ,,tell me whyyy can't you ..[see/be/here(?)].. with me please, that's all, all that I ask for..."

The music video was set on a road near a countryside/field, with a dark-haired lady hanging around with horses I'm so sure. After, she is trying to get a car to stop for her so she can get a lift because I think her phone ran out of battery. Then a man in a convertible(?) does and she gets in, the whole time he's driving in silence and she's getting comfortable in the car
