My holy grail

🥳 Success story 🏆

I've always had this obessions with weird trees and over the last years I've been trying to get ma hands on a Jabuticaba. Several friends brought back seeds from their trips to Brazil but apparently these are very sensitive and never took. Until today when opn the third try several shoots finally appeared.
I haven't planned much further than this, to be honest. The trees will certainly spend the first years in pots but should be hardy enough to survive outside, too, and might even get enough sun to harvest a few fruits by the time I get to retirement age. I'm running out of sunny spaces in my house so I might have to give some up for adoption.
