Should I stop on my own

I've been on Tirzepatide since December 2024 and have lost 24 lbs so far. I'm 41 yo and getting married this Fall right after my 42nd birthday. I'm obviously hoping to lose as much weight as I can before my wedding. In light of my age, we went to see a fertility doctor this week, just to get an idea of where we were numbers-wise so we'd know what we're playing with after the wedding. Surprisingly the doctor feels that waiting to start IVF until after the wedding is not in our best interests and suggests scheduling an egg retrieval during my cycle THIS month! Then we can figure out implantation after the wedding. She knows that I'm on Zepbound/Tirzepatide but didn't mention going off. I know once people get pregnant they have to be off the meds, but a lot of people GET pregnant on GLP-1s. So I guess my question is, outside of being off of Tirzepatide for the actual procedure, any reason you guys can think of to just stop now? I've never heard of Tirzepatide affecting the eggs, only concern of the unknown effect on the fetus.
