Swiggy delivery boy scam!

Around 9 PM today, my family decided to order food since we had a long day of traveling around town. We placed an order that totaled approximately ₹790, and my father decided to pay through the app via Paytm. The delivery person, “Chandrakanth Rao”, arrived around 9:30 PM and informed us that the payment made through the app had failed. He requested that my father pay him in person again. My father is an older gentleman and isn't very tech-savvy, so he asked the guy how he could be sure that he wasn't being cheated. The delivery guy simply said, "Trust me, sir, this has been happening to me all day." Despite his doubts, my father paid him. I then contacted Swiggy about this issue, but they are blatantly ignoring my complaints. They claim that the delivery guy is denying having received any payments. What should I do now?
