Opinions on SIFA intensive online course

Hej! I’ll be moving to Sweden this autumn and I’m searching for the most efficient course to learn a Swedish - so far I only know the basics from Duolingo.

Although I’ll be in Lund, I learned that it is possible to take the SIFA remotely as long as I take the exams in person. I was wondering if anybody has done this before. My other option would be SFI, but I haven’t head the best comments.
