Byakugou Seal Questions

Hi! I have a few questions on the Strength of a Hundred Seal that I haven't found the answers to.

First, do you think you can create a Byakugou Seal without being Katsuyu's summoner? Because it has been said that the Byakugou Seal is symbiotically linked with Katsuyu. My answer would be that the link is just that Katsuyu can only heal using their summoner's chakra and the Byakugou Seal just gives Katsuyu more chakra to work with. Which means that you can create a Byakugou Seal without being Katsuyu's summoner, you just obviously wouldn't be able to summon Katsuyu. You would however be able to have a large store of chakra for your own purposes when needed.

Second, do you think someone can create more than one Byakugou Seal? I know that once the seal is formed even if it is used the seal won't disappear it will just be emptied and chakra will need to be collected passively once more to refill it. When fighting Orochimaru, Tsunade said that she had been collecting chakra in her seal for 'quite some time' so I assume that she continued to store chakra beyond the minimum requirement for the seal to manifest. My question is if it is possible to create another seal once the first manifests. This would be very useful since once the seal is released, the entire store of chakra is used which can be a waste if you only need some of that chakra and not the entire amount stored for 15 years or something (Edit: I was informed that this is not true, so I would like to retract my second question lol). Having multiple seals (e.g. 3 maybe) would mean that using the seal would be less wasteful. You can always continue to store more chakra in each of those 3 seals once they are formed, but it would become more than a one time use last resort power-up with a long cooldown.
