Busses or shuttles from The Villages to a cruise port? (Tampa or Port Canaveral)

Hi Floridians! I'm out-of-state but my mom lives in The Villages. We're hoping to link up this fall for a cruise together. Mom's a bit older and not comfortable driving far distances, are there any shuttles or busses that would take her directly from The Villages to either Tampa Bay Cruise Port or Port Canaveral? Her husband can drop her off at a pickup point within 30 minutes of the Villages. Thanks in advance!
