Need tips on how to build discipline for focus

Hi I'm here looking for advice on how to build discipline for focus. I have chaos magic down to its very fundamentals to the point, where I can use my mind to search my subconscious and project the suggestion(Yes im this advanced sorry if you don't believe have done intense energy/shadow work and have been studying for years) all i need from you guys is advice on how to build discipline for focus.
