Is pmdd debilitating or am i just making excuses ?

Just like in the title and my question is genuine ,i really don't know can it be the reason for academic failure ?

because i have failed academically , and in life, terribly .

I unfortunaltly live in a third world country where this kind of diagnosis doesn't exist or i'm just " exagerrating " .

all i've seen here is questions about whether its an excuse for being mean to others but no questions about life goals and success , im really depressed generally but with pmdd .

But Yeah its something else all i wanna do for 15 days straight is sleep and cry . A week it's my period A week im fine and then it starts all over again .

Hope it's not the same for you guys and if it is , pleasr enlighten me with your experiences .
