Need Help deciding on Handheld console/pc

hi all,

so my phone contract is about to come to an end, and i want to use the money to either get a PS Portal or a handheld PC. i can go to Currys and get a ps Portal for about £8 pm, and the handheld PCs are about £40 pm. then if i decide on a HH pc which one? the Lenovo Legion seems cool, but I don't know. or do just upgrade my pc instead.

any advice would be appreciated.
