bot matches in ranked

serious question that may have been asked before. i'm ranked 1300 (which ik is not that high but still) and i will get one loss and, almost without fail, have a bot match afterwards. sometimes this will happen after a win as well, to the point where i can recognize them from the confirm match screen alone (and get penalized for skipping them). this is really frustrating! i'm not playing ranked to go against bots. i don't care if the wait time is a little longer if it means i can play with/against real people.
