Looking for help with Zulu Lyrics

hey everyone! if anyone's familiar with zulu or circle of life (specifically the performance by the stellenbosch university choir) could you please help out? my choir is working on a version of circle of life and we can't figure out the lyrics for a section of the song.

between 3:00 and 4:00 of the performance, one group is repeating 'ingonyama nengw' enamabala' while another group is singing a different set of zulu lyrics which we can't figure out.
