How to time shuttles to meet up with friends

HIII first time going to edc sooo excited!

Have a question and hoping to get some help here: our group of friends are taking different shuttles, and i heard each shuttle takes different time to get there, depends on the shuttle location

Any tips on how to plan this properly so we could go tgt? is it better to say aim to take the shuttles at the same time? or meet at the gate directly
